PUBLIC NOTICE

ETU-SL 2025-2026 CONGREGATION NOTICE

The Court and the Senate of the Eastern Technical University of Sierra Leone hereby inform the general public that the 2025/2026 Congregation Ceremony will be held on Saturday, 14th November 2026, at the Dr. Julius Maada Bio Amphitheatre.

Graduands who wish to graduate in person or in absentia are required to make the following financial commitments:

                  IN PERSON                          IN ABSENTIA

Degree:                       Le 3, 950                                      Le 4, 500

Non Degree:                Le 2950                                        Le 3,900

The deadline for all payments is October 30, 2026.The congregation brochure will not be updated  after the payment deadline date.

All payments are to be made at the Access Bank, Account Number 0090100000343. Payment receipts from the bank must be taken to the Finance Directorate for issuance of the university receipt.

The date for the collection of the congregation regalia/gowns (in person) will be communicated in due course.

NOTE: Students with payment arrears SHALL NOT be allowed to be part of the congregation ceremony.
