Office of the Chancellor
The Chancellor is the head of the University on all ceremonial occasions, including the convening and chairing of the University Convocations; responsible to confer degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University. The Chancellor is the Chairman of the University Court, the Finance and General-purpose Committee, Colours and Emblems Committee and Conditions of Service Committee.
Office of the vice Chancellor & Principal
The Vice-Chancellor and Principal is the chief academic and administrative officer of the University and is responsible generally to the Court and the Senate for maintaining and promoting the efficiency of the University. The Vice-Chancellor and Principal is the vote controller of the University.
Office of the pro vice Chancellor
Where the office of the Vice-Chancellor and Principal is vacant or, if for any reason, he is unable to perform the duties of his office, the Pro Vice-Chancellor shall perform the duties of the Vice- Chancellor and Principal until the Vice-Chancellor and Principal resumes his duties or another is appointed in his stead.
Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (DVC), bunumbu campus
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) is responsible for the supervision of teaching, research and community activities of Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments within his Campus, under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and Principal. The DVC is also responsible for campus security; student welfare, including the enforcement of the rules binding the conduct of students; the provision of medical services; and any other duties assigned to him by the Vice- Chancellor and Principal.
Office of the deputy vice Chancellor (dvc) , woama campus
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) is responsible for the supervision of teaching, research and community activities of Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments within his Campus, under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and Principal. Office of the Registrar
The Registrar shall, subject to the supervision of the Vice-Chancellor and Principal:
be the principal adviser to the Vice-Chancellor and Principal on administrative matters;
ibe responsible for the conduct of the administrative business of the University other than that assigned to the Court;
be Secretary to the Court, Senate, Standing Committees of Campuses, faculty and all other committees of the University and communicate the decisions of those bodies to all individuals who may be affected by those decisions;
be responsible for the organisation of the administrative arrangements of the Campuses;
be the custodian of the University seal etc.
