GENERAL OVERVIEW
The faculty is aiming to contributing to the advancement of knowledge and improvement of the health sector through the training of clinicians, health technologists, health managers, promoters and public health specialists. At the faculty of health sciences and disaster management, our students experience real life opportunities and practice skills in the classroom and laboratory setting which prepares them well for their work as a healthcare professional. On invitation, we also contribute to the training of health managers/promoters/public health officials at their workplaces and within their area of jurisdiction in Sierra Leone and anywhere else.
